Sebastian Reed is a freelance director working across commercials, television, and film. He produces through his own company or in collaboration with other production houses, depending on the project.
An acclaimed commercial director, Sebastian has been active in the advertising industry for over 30 years. His work spans directing commercials, writing and directing TV and short films, and serving as the creative director behind the artist/countries postcards for the Eurovision Song Contest—an endeavor that captivated over 200 million viewers worldwide.
He has directed more than 250 commercials for prestigious clients including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, IKEA, Reebok, Nike, Puma, Volvo, Mercedes, VW, Samsung, and UNICEF.
In recent years, he wrote and directed the documentary series Jag och min far (Seasons 1 and 2) for SVT, featuring the legendary artist Magnus Uggla and his daughter Agnes Uggla.
Beyond his directorial work, Sebastian was a founding partner of Camp David Film. In 2024, he co-founded Meek AI Studio, an innovative creative company exploring the future of image-making and storytelling through AI-generated content.
